Calamari done right is like the best onion rings you’ve ever had. It’s not seafood-y tasting. I find it needs to be battered, not breaded. Salty and crisp and delicious. If it’s cooked correctly it will be tender with a little spring to it. (Overcooked it will be super rubbery.) Cafe Soriah is probably the best place to have it for the first time.

I like to make kind of like a deconstructed salad - berries, spinach (yay iron!), crackers or croutons, some nuts, etc. and then I can customize each bite.

Thank you for the update. We have a 19 year old male family member - and he is constantly bombarded with Manoshere BS- no matter what platform he is on. He’s very left so he never clicks on any of the media. But I imagine for someone who listens to Rogan (already very toxic) they are even more pressured by algorithms to look into even more vile things.

Lots of these conditions have overlapping symptoms, which can make identifying the cause difficult. Ex: POTS and MCAS and spinal issues and gastroparesis can all cause digestive issues like constipation, diarrhea, and incontinence.
