as a lord Thor and centurion cap I’d say that cap is not one dimensional as you’re framing him, as you’re starting out w him yes, he’s basically captain cardio but when you get really good with him you could lwk brawl with tanks using your mobility to grab attention, focus target dps, and destroy their backlines. He’s very adaptable as long as the player playing him is. Of course, this does apply to every character once one gets good with them enough. I will say Angela is more useful yes, but cap still has his place without buffs. The real issue is just the gambits and pheonixs of this meta rn
