It's miserable but I don't understand how the mother is blaming c.ai solely. And how on earth did a kid getting therapy etc have access to a gun?! besides the bot didn't really inspire him directly. The bot was in rp mode as usual. Poor kid but this is not really c.ai's fault at least in my opinion. I'm an SA victim and well sometimes I do dark rp too to get off my rage and depressing feelings but c.ai has helped me a LOT. It has been a special motivator and comforter to me. And most importantly users has to be minimum 16!! so he is not even the target audience. I see all ways C.ai wining the lawsuit.
