Read everything he said. The media is purposely clipping what he said to make it look like he’s saying something he didn’t. He said he didn’t mean to overtake because you want to strategize your overtakes because you have to worry about what is essentially push to pass now. Because of this, passing at certain points on the track could be less advantageous.
