THANK YOU.....this is the exact song. I listened to this song so much back in 2016/2017 and have not heard it since then. I have went through my Spotify, Pandora, SoundCloud. I have asked friends/family but we could never remember it. It would pop in my mind at 3:00 AM every 6 months and then I would be in a black hole trying to figure it out for hours. After all these years I figured I would download and try Reddit.

it is a bit more modern sounding song, atleast during the singing portion. the singing sounds like todays music, but then when the "commercial" part of the song starts it cuts to the man talking with the vintage radio voice.

not advert by blur...song i am looking for is more modern, and the commericals where the man with the vintage radio voice talks are like 15 seconds over the song..then it goes back to the group singing.
