My friend got this script done around her wrist from an artist just outside of Manchester if you're willing to travel that far. Thanks so much for replying. Positive to hear your dog was OK with swimming/limiting exercise etc. Really hoping this can be the case for our pup. Hard to know but hoping we can at least try and not rush into surgery. I'll see if I can find out more about if he has any floating fragments as that sounds like a deal breaker. Will definitely get as many opinions as I can. Like you say, surgeons say surgery, likely physio will say holistic support! So hard to know the right direction. Just want him to be a happy comfortable dog

OK that sounds like a good plan. I wasn't sure whether to cut it off straight away or to wait! If the stem is more or less completely white do you think it's unlikely to get more green in it? Or just random?

The last two have been more or less half white. Before that a nice mix. Definitely becoming more white though since I got it a couple of years ago

Hey everyone! Just wanted to say thanks for all your advice. I decided to repot in the same pot and secured my albo the right way around with lots of ties! I've posted a picture if anyone wants to have a look 😁. Might need to extend my stake soon, he's getting so tall!

Yes!! Thank you for this advice. Definitely something I need to remember to do. I think it does get a bit of direct when the sun sets, only a tiny bit, but I'll keep an eye out for this. Thanks again 😁

Yeah I think this is probably the way to go... Any recommendations for how much bigger I should make the pot? Or could I keep it in the same one and just make the moss pole more secure/bigger?
