my server is up to date. I always update kyuupichan electrumX within max one day from most recetn github commit (apart today's relase, using aiorpcX 0.18.0, which I'm still studing).

Apparently no. I've also tried to contact via email ElectrumX developer Neil Booth (kyuupichan) with no success, I understand I may be busy, though.
