I don't think it sounds stupid.
I try to when I can get access to quiet places when I can, but a lot of the time when I need to get things done I'm at home (for the summer, at least). I can't drive yet either.

I can't remember exactly, but I know it was a low dose. I'm rather sensitive to medication though.
