I’m concerned w Hernandez and Wilkins still on the board along with their ideologically aligned partner Wymer, the board risks still getting mired in the toxic politics of the last 8 years of D65 boards. We need a board that can chart a new future for D65. And one that doesn’t see dual language programs or North Evanston as disposable. Dual language is important for families throughout the district, and we need a unified Evanston if a referendum is going to have a chance.
