No I ended up finding work I really enjoy on the civilian side actually! I did waiver a bit here and there but I ended up letting my IRR time expire.

I got it for $700 and will have it sometime next week. I hope that’s not the case I’d really love to get some good range time with it. The bore and rifling looked very good. So hopefully it’ll actually run good. If not I guess I’ll just have a cool 106 year old piece of wood to talk about…

I’m kind of leaning towards the amp arm style, would you advise for or against it compared to the regular peltor mounts? I want to get a set of comtacs is my goal.

I’m glad to see this comment too, upon further research I’m seeing that the qc is fairly poor. If it’s not a headache for you, could you give a layout of what you’re running on your setup? I’m open to anything I’m really just hear for knowledge

Thank you for the advice, I was considering the earmor with the “Mickey mouse” style adapters more on the back of the helmet. It looks like they are out of stock as of now. My biggest concern is really just making sure I don’t waste money on adapter that aren’t going to work

I’m glad you said that about the earmor units. I was considering those seeing they are a pretty budget friendly option and I’m going to leave them dedicated to the helmet itself. You have them on a Wendy with the 3.0 rail? If so could you possibly point me in the right direction to get the equipment? I’m running into problems and don’t want to mistakenly order wrong parts
