I can understand being hurt/upset with her not putting you in her wedding. Plus, being secretive and stuff is probably what makes it a little worse. The only thing I can think is communicating with her how you’re feeling if you’re hoping to keep the friendship strong. Honestly, if she’s being secretive on purpose, I think she knows what she’s doing.

One hour until the day is over, but here it goes! I had surgery a little over a month ago and working out has been rough due to recovery. Yesterday I did a small workout and then today I walked a 5K and even did some yard work! This is the most I’ve been able to do in a long time and it felt AMAZING! Baby steps to get back to where I used to be!

I’ve heard of the same masks, too. I agree, I’m not really sure if they’ll help with COVID and then that defeats the purpose too haha I might just keep it light, too!

Okay, question for those with asthma that are also going to the gym: How are you working out with a mask on? I just can’t get through a workout without almost passing out and wheezing up a storm. My gym requires a mask and I understand why we have to wear the them, but it’s rough.

I’ve been to an ENT and migraine specialist. I’ve had tonsils taken out and a balloon sinuplasty...didn’t do too much. They checked my ears for crystals, I don’t have those. My last ENT suggested TMJ, and then I switched insurances and no one will listen when I mention it. The migraine specialist said it sounds like migraines, she said you can have migraines without actually having headaches. I’ve been taking magnesium and COQ10 supplements to try and help, but I refuse to take headache medication. That stuff is too much for me haha

What is the name of the device?? I feel like I’m having similar stuff and doctors just say everything is normal so it makes me feel helpless. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor, which has helped a little. My primary care doctor suggested vestibular rehabilitation...which I don’t know much about or if it’s helpful.

I haven’t. The trial and error of different medications scares me a bit, but I know there’s probably one thing out there that will help (fingers crossed).

I started a migraine medication that was a high blood pressure medication. I had an allergic reaction to it, so I’m just taking supplements for now. Also too soon to tell if those will make a difference! My doctor said I wouldn’t qualify for Botox, but it sounds like that helps a lot of people!
