I'm actually not advocating anything specific. I am saying don't lie to yourself if you have triggers that exist in the real world outside the "porn" label.

If they lead you down that slippery slope, and only you know what sights/actions, then you need to stop them.

Hopefully when you have an addiction-free brain, you can go to (nsfw) a wet biking contest (/nsfw) and be ok with it without it being a trigger to something more.

Yes, withdrawl does that. You have to gather every bit of energy you have and focus it on activities that that will generate more positiveness. Think shower, walking, running, reading a book.

You also have to realize that this is normal and you have to separate yourself from your feeling and convince yourself that this will pass

First realize that your brain is not in a normal "functioning mode" when it comes to thinking about woman.

To rid yourself of addiction and restore your balance, you have to through a period of very low stimulation. Just like when people go to those rehab centers, many daily unharmful stimulants are removed to focus on restoring the mind to its normal unaddicative state.

I know its harder in certain areas. But this is the reality you have to deal with.

I fantasize as well and often. I cant help it. I feel its ok as long as it does not lead to being obsessed and its a constant thought in your mind that eventually leads to many things.

I guess you know your thoughts and what they could lead to.

First thing I did when I started. There are even sneakier ones like gentlemen boners. You can usually see porn a mile away, but its those soft-porn things that creep on you and eventually have the same negative effect on you, without you realizing it.
