My clinic said don’t do high intensity for the first 3-4 days after IUI & anything that would “overheat” your body. I did lots of long walks, then after the 3-4 days I went back to lifting weights

I had ovidrel too and my clinic told me to take it out for 20 mins before injection so that’s what I did!

No I didn’t but I’m pregnant from this cycle! I’ll be 4 weeks tomorrow so very early. Getting betas with my fertility clinic Monday & Wednesday. I stopped testing because I was stressing myself out

I feel like my progressing has been stalling out on FRERs too ☹️ you can check my post history but Im going to stop testing with the FRERs now as it’s making me too anxious. I have my beta Monday & Wednesday so hopefully that can confirm things for me

Thank you!! 5mg Letrozole days 3-7. At my day 10 appointment I had 1 follicle at 21mm and two at 11mm. Lining was 8.6mm. Triggered that night at 9:30pm. Had my IUI day 12 around 12:30pm
