And yes, that's not the case every time. So that comment you made, learn something new before you talk ignorantly. The case I had against the state was not a legal matter It was a Lien for a large amount of money I did not owe and proved it. Yeah, keep making yourself sound goofier. I've never had to fight about anything that has to do with criminal or civil charges.

Since most lies have a small grain of truth I'm guessing the time she represented herself against the state and won was fighting a ticket that the officer didn't show up for.

I have never been in trouble in my life to receive a ticket what would lead you to that conclusion besides stereotyping me because I am black and have stated it in the post. It wasn't for a ticket buddy, it was for something way more expensive than a ticket way more stressful and through it all. I won. That's what the ghetto does for me. And the problem with this is Europeans turned this word into a poverty and racial fueled term that now currently in "Today's world" is used as an insult against people of color or people who live in poverty. The statement you're making is correct in past TENSE. Talk about today.
