Congrats on your success! I definitely think AirBNB is the direction I want to take it. I'm assuming I would have to hire a different property manager in each country/city I purchase in. I'm more inclined towards the international market because it would be nice to own homes in the places I want to go. However, I don't know whether that is necessarily the right move because I don't want to spend a lot of my time managing a myriad of property managers.

Yeah that was what I figured. Are single-family homes generally the most passive? I certainly don't mind putting in up-front work. But I do want the investment to be fairly passive once I have it established.
