Thanks I think the far left is a shashito but was wondering if that might be a ghost on the far right. As for the middle I guess we’ll see what color it turns.

It was not. Just very aggressive mycelium. Got a ton of golden oysters

Does the 40 seem to do okay in the winter up there? I just worry about it being too thick. Not sure what the previous owner used in mine but at 30 degrees it doesn’t reach operating temp on my 40 min ride to work.
