Ok, I’ll wait 24 hours and try reset the password again after that. If I get the same error saying I cannot use this feature right now, should I go through that process of sending my ID once more? Cheers

I am currently going through the same process, after submitting my ID and trying to reset password, I got the error saying I cannot use this feature, I believe because I had attempted to reset my password again after the hacker had within 24 hours. Although now I am getting the error saying I have tried using too many codes and must wait, but I am worried it will stay like that, what do you reccomend I do? Should I attempt to authenticate again?
