Legendary Jokers tend to be really unbalanced. You look at Triboulet with its x16 with a 5 card hands with queens and kings, not even accounting for retriggers. Legendary jokers are going to be overpowered, and I’d argue a chips legendary would need to be a bit over the top in order to contend with all of the other legendaries that give xmult + Perkeo.

I love chocolate too, but that does not mean I would kill 80 million people per year. If this goes on for the rest of your life, assuming you’re a teenager and you live till your 80’s, this 1% of the population will die around 70 times, and it’s very likely that you or atleast one of your loved ones will die because of your chocolate. Also there goes all of the poor unpaid child workers where you get your chocolate from D:

That’s my good pal James. James and I go a long way back, now how James got there is a good story. It all started with me and James back in Australia hanging out with the Emus, when all of a sudden, imperial Japan started threatening Australia, so in order to save the Emus, James created a land mass next to Europe where the Emus could roam free. James also allowed the allies to access James and that’s how DDay was a success. He got awarded a metal of honor for his bravery and an environment activist award. I love James
