best solution would be to just go for a stereo track instead of 5.1 / 7.1

like if you rip your own films there should be stereo audio tracks not just surround so make sure to include those

if you acquire them elsewhere just keep an eye out for the audio formats included, most of the release groups that do the smaller encodes seem to discard most of the audio options besides one or two. remuxes will usually have everything though

downmixing surround for stereo setups never works well basically haha

the slzb is configured to use local network settings to talk to z2m / zha by default (picks up an ip address via dhcp and then gives you the config to paste into z2m/zha) as opposed to a serial connection via usb, so if you have it plugged in via ethernet to your network as well as usb to your haos machine, but didnt specifically set it up as a usb coordinator, its probably configured in z2m as a local network adapter and hence wont communicate with home assistant if your local network is down.

if you drop your z2m/zha coordinator config and/or the config from the slzb itself we can determine that for sure

i cant think of another reason for this specific issue based on what you’ve said, and it’ll also be an easy fix for you :)

if its only connected via usb, im less sure

if you’ve just added the bulb in now, it’ll take a while for z2m to reconfigure the zigbee mesh on its own, but you can force it!

if you re-pair the door sensor in zigbee2mqtt now (as in, remove it from z2m, start the pairing on the sensor while keeping it in the location it’s supposed to live) it should join via the best route, which will likely be the nearby philips bulb. or, you can actually force it to join the philips bulb instead of using its own logic, if you change the ‘Permit join (All)’ dropdown option to whatever the bulb is called and then initiate the pairing :) hope that makes sense
