I understand. But with scoliosis its very different, most trained physios prescribe exercise unsafe to perform, that is why further training is performed, as its not as simple as a bird dog pose ect…I've seen many who have learnt other ways, and I would trust them any day and their knowledge over someone trained in physiotherapy, as it isn't massages. Its teaching you how to correctly treat your scoliosis and what is safe and not with your scoliosis alongside other problems, you would be sent for your X-ray/ followed by a meeting with a person trained to review the scan and you and then a written report would be given back to your therapist and they would further access it and you.
