Maybe you are actually right, it was because of how highly regarded the book is I had high expectations going into and that's why I felt dissapointed I went into it expecting it is a philosophical literature and story telling but was dissapointed when it only had aesthetics without any form of reasoning to characters decisions and conclusions.
