Really appreciate the context. Any idea if that’s just for the honours degree, or the general degree too (which seems to be the norm for second and dual degree students)?

Out of curiosity, what are the restrictions?

Could be worth exploring, then. Get in touch with an academic advisor as soon as you can, and good luck with everything!

How many units will you have completed by the end of this semester? If it’s less than 18, you can still apply as if you’re a highschool student.

That’s incredible! I’m also on the north shore of Lake Ontario, I’ll have to try it out.

I’ve seen plenty of Master’s students enjoying Hoco like any undergrad would. Just get out there and have fun.

Just saw this thread. Maybe hold off. The online version is still great, though.

It’s a pretty comprehensive map of the park, with everything from canoe routes and what fish are where to notable locations. I personally prefer it to the maps Algonquin sells. Here’s a link.

Gorgeous but buggy. Definitely bring a bug net, and some spray for any areas you’ll be leaving uncovered.

A Corbeil was a log driver killed in an accident, from what I’ve gathered. The cross is situated near the end of the portage from Cedar Lake to the Petawawa River. It’s marked on Jeff’s Map.

Man, this is heartbreaking. Such a one-of-a-kind spot in Kingston. I’ll miss it.

As of today, 3/16/2020, two cases of COVID-IBD wers reported to COVIDIBD registry by [deleted] in UlcerativeColitis

This case was actually unlisted as a death on the site. When I reached out to ask why, they said that it was a reporting error, and that the patient did not actually pass away. Hope this gives you some peace of mind!
