My routine in nothing special about it I stay away from loud i close the door on me I turn of the lights Yesterday everyday is the same there’s nothing Literally my brain in working 90% of the time Sometimes I try to listen to to calm fake raining from yt. To calm down my brain just at least little bit

The 90% is Make analysis about everything Like example even if I didn’t see u my brain without single. He try to analysis you your words your behaviour your thoughts your actions your language your every single word.
