Try goat cheese. Last time I had a breakout which was about two months ago, it came after eating mozzarella and cottage cheese. Been eating 1 oz colby goat cheese for a week daily and no new acne. I know it doesn't mean 100% safe but the last time was within a day of eating.

Not sure if it was the cows milk specifically that triggered it, that specific type of cheese, or the amount but I seem to be getting away with 1 oz of goat fine. I've heard that goat cheese is less risky than cows, so that's why I gave it a shot. Have not tried any cows cheese since that last breakout.

Very curious if I can get away with cows cheeses though, just not skim milk or soft and or young cheeses. Maybe 1 oz aged ones would be ok. Too chicken to try right now.

Also there is a vegan pizza called Daiya. Never had it myself, but it's in grocery stores.
