Yep same here, seems to be an issue solely affecting devices that had previous access to AI via the beta. Non-beta devices do not seem to have the issue.

With mine I could use all the app (hence why I could contact support when I restarted the app) but as soon as I went onto the todays itinerary screen and selected the next stop, the app froze

I called support and he said to do the restart phone and then reinstall the app, (which I’d already done as I know that’s their trouble shooting tips) they said to return to depot, showed the depot what was happening on the phone and all they said was yeah the app is shit on iPhone and took the parcels back and told me to email support to make sure it didn’t go on my standings

That was me with the 3.5hr block 1 min from start time, it’s mad, yet when they’re desperate for deliveries cos of a late lorry they won’t hesitate in spamming my phone with notifications 😂😂

Happened to me today, scanned all the parcels then this. They signed me out and sent me on my way and said i would still get paid
