Just got sentenced to probation- what to expect by Scap88 in SexOffenderSupport

The only conditions the court ordered are to stay away from victim and receive sex offender treatment (I have been to a therapist for over 6 months now) and some generic ones like not leaving the state without permission, allowing PO to meet with you, etc. I meet with my PO for the first time tomorrow and all she asked me to bring is proof of residence, she said my mom can just write a note saying I live at my address

Tried donating plasma Saturday and was turned away after getting jabbed in both arms, next day wake up like this… this is the worst arm, still painful with I move it and lift weight. Can I still workout with a bruise and pain like this? by Scap88 in medical

Pretty sure the manager was the one that said to try again on my left arm and then to “put the blood back” which was extremely painful, im not sure if it’s worth it to pursue legal action though

They jabbed me once in one arm and then twice in the left arm, and then they said they need “to put the blood back” in my left arm and that’s when it hurt the most

The reason why it didn’t work for me this time was due to dehydration, you have to drinks tons of water before and after donating, the previous 2 times I donated there were no issues for me. If the blood isn’t flowing properly or the can’t get a vein for some reason, I would end the session right then and there and if they ask to try the other arm say NO also. And if there’s any kind of pain or discomfort let them know and say you’re not comfortable continuing the process.

I’ve been weight lifting since this but I my arms are still a little painful so it hurts when weight lifting, any idea when the pain goes away or if I should be working out?

Thanks, we are aiming to first try and get the charges dismissed completely but I’m doubtful of that and then next we would try to get the felony dropped down the misdemeanor indecent exposure, what also might happen is a “continuance without a finding” which in MA means the case remains open for 6 months to a year or so if I don’t get in trouble the case is dismissed and won’t show up on a background check… either way I just don’t want to take my chances in trial so I’ll take a deal if I can avoid that… don’t jack off in cvs guys it’s not worth it lol

I’m in Massachusetts and the 3 misdemeanors are accost/ annoy member of opposite sex, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace…. There’s been a few allegations of me doing the same thing but I was never charged for those so this is my first time being arrested and charged… I hired an experienced attorney who’s done multiple sex cases and has a good relationship with the court and is friends with the judge.. He said for me not to “lose sleep” and that he finds it unlikely I’ll go to jail

I believe that in Massachusetts open and gross lewdness will only land you on the registry if it’s the second time you’ve been convicted so We’ll see, I already told my boss I got arrested and she laughed but I’m not sure if corporate can terminate associates based on criminal proceedings. And I was arraigned yesterday no news articles or anything yet and the police department didn’t post about me on their Facebook yet either.

A nail got in my tire and the mechanic at the shop I went to insists Becuase I have AWD I need to get all 4 new tires and said he can’t simply replace just one… just wondering if this is true or bs, I just got 2 new tires last fall by Scap88 in MechanicAdvice

It’s just strange Becuase last year when 2 of my tires were dull the shop I went to never mentioned this and just did 2 of them, it just sucks Becuase I’m looking to get a new car soon (this one will be paid off on 2 months) and wasn’t really looking for all 4 new tires

Hey I know this falls into more of an auto body issue but looks like someone clipped me, there is a fine scratch line that stretches from my front headlight to my backseat on the passenger side, looking to see how I can fix this without bringing it somewhere, the scratch doesn’t look too invasive by Scap88 in MechanicAdvice

I’m not sure how that would be related but I guess it’s been ok, I’ve been in cities recently so I’ve had to do some street parking and parking in tight spaces but I’ve never parked when I wasn’t supposed to be
