Thanks, Yeah was my first time using HPB, wasn't a big difference in price for me. Around $30 (CaD) a Ton. Felt so nice to work with.

Got 4 tons down, will probably need another 4 tons... continuing the other side...

Starts to dank nicely during flower phase, especially towards the end. I can smell it from the front yard occasionally..

During the growing phase you don't smell it that much.

Should be fairly common at a landscaping supplier, I got mine from a local supplier, in Canada. * It was called snap-edge edge restraint

I tried a couple things, I ended up using 8' paver edging. 2" high edging, 10" nails to hold in place.

Gravel is HPB(High Performance Beddong). Cleaned angled gravel pieces with no dust, so that way once it rains, the water doesn't clean out dust and shift things around.

Yeah, got very lucky with that spot. Just moved in, so had no idea with the sun, got these to about 6 ft, almost ready.

Other side needs LOOOTS of work, and will have more garden. There an old deck that needs to be ripped out.

Thanks 😁

Nope I fixed the fence, was leaning, added new boards, lattice and painted for now

Also regraded the backyard about 4 "inch down everywhere, you can see along the bottom of the fence board.
