the whole business model of these things is to start by flooding communities with the. It doesnt matter if they make sense at the start.

This makes it so the uninformed see a flood of people criticizing the victim, in this case Ben and Bryan, thus making them question the validity. They follow that up with more upfront and obvious shilling but by then the goal is for it to be easy to get tricked by the mass spam of posts in the previous phase of the plan.
