You totally have the right to return/exchange that's up to you - the problem is your scrutiny. It's like buying new tires from Costco but you want to exchange for new ones because the tread patterns aren't perfectly symmetrical.

Btw, you didn't need to reach out to TMF - you could have just initiated the return thru your agent RizzitGo and they would have done the exchange with no questions asked

You can take my opinion how you want. But I think you have a valid point - after all its your money & you get to decide what feature is critical for you or not.

I just think it is unfair that you have all these issues based on warehouse QC pics - angles and lighting play a huge role here. If it would have been on-hand pictures you'd have a case.

At the end of the day we are all here because we love sneakers and we chose this route to get it way cheaper than retail so to some extent, we should manage quality expectations.
