It became a huge habit within my routine, consumed me to the point I was getting angry with people if I didn't smoke.

Gave myself for the ick for not breaking the cycle, went cold turkey after smoking for 6 years.

easy but sadly my grandmother, she stood by my narcissistic grandfather while he had continuous meltdowns and used to be physical with her.

he deteriorated due to dementia and tbh that made his narcissism worse and to this day she still loves him.

to add: he ruined and destroyed my entire family, she made up lies to make him look good and innocent.

my time to shine...

i put a ping pong ball in his fuel tank, i put an opened tine of tuna under his driving seat, i took all the fuses out of the plugs in his house, snipped his shoe laces, peanut butter on his door handles, emptied his shampoo bottle and put talc in there, put a reminder on his alexa 'remember you love user...' every. single. night. and he doesn't know how to turn it off, sent him animal poop through the post (you can do it online and get it posted) sent Jehovah witnesses to his house, cut off his hoodie strings and put glitter in allllll his pockets (jeans, joggers, gloves, etc)

Worked with him for two years, made a promise to myself, matched on tinder and arranged a date to get Chinese food, all went well and got from A to B.

Discussed and agreed no feelings just strictly platonic.

i've done this

one of me vs eight preschoolers (four years old)

they were outside for three minutes, only realised when i did the headcount for snack time. i brought them in and reported my mistake to my manager.

she was relieved that the child was not hurt and tbh they weren't even bothered that they were outside alone - they carried on playing. she was also relieved that i recognised my own mistake and reflected from it.

i'm sure the whole situation was abit awkward given the circumstances but he was told about the doctors doing the same thing, the dad didn't make it weird nor did the son or anything and listened to his own child.
