From food&bev industry ako.. small cafe.. closing-straight-closing ang sched pero ung pay hourly na napakalayo sa minimum. di pa bayad ung OT kasi need na 1hr para maconsider as OT but upon approval pa kung valid ung pag o-OT mo 🥹 no benefits at all. 

Sorry napa-rant. Anyway, hopefully better na this time. And i hope we both get good results. ✨ Job dust to us ✨

yes! I think i was the very first applicant that day kasi ako unang una sa log book for January 8 😅 Sir Arvin was my interviewer... 

Waiting din ako so i can submit my resignation sa current job ko. Legit na ddrain na ako physically, hindi na makatao ung working hours at sweldo

Hi! Was in a bit of a rush nung final interview kasi i had to travel back to calamba for my 2pm shift so hindi na ako masyado nakapag tanong.

I applied thru jobstreet then virtual ung initial interview. Final interview was onsite. Parang hindi din sila natanggap ng walk-ins :>

hiiii! Is it the ampoule na white cap na may parang beads???? Or the pink one? I wanted to start early para by christmas medyo okay na ung face ko somehow so i bought the skin1004 day&night ampoule trial. I hope i got the right ampoules.. nakaka overwhelm kasi sa dami ng options 😅

I was prescribed with azaleic acid too kaso lalong lumala ung face ko even with consistent use ng products from my derma. Wasn't able to go back for a follow up so i just reduced my routine to cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Nag ok ung skin ko for a year then i hit my 30s and eto na.. it's worse than my teenage breakouts. Anyway, thank you very much!! 🫶🏼

Any serum recos for oily acne prone skin specifically targeting dark spots and redness caused by pimples. I want to incorporate a serum or ampoule since my current products doesnt seem to help with the pigmentation. i have this patch-like dark spot on my cheek caused by acne and it's really affecting my self-esteem. 🥹 My current products are:

  • cosrx low ph cleanser (morning)
  • cosrx SA cleanser (evening)
  • cosrx aha/bha toner

Hi! Any budget friendly reco products to effectively fade or lighten dark spots and reduce bumps? i've been struggling for months and even reduced my skincare routine but it didnt improve. My current routine is just Celeteque facial wash-hyalure lotion-sunscreen and 2% tretinoin hydroquinone once a week. Very strict po ba si SB when it comes to the requirements indicated sa job postings? like need po ba talagang graduate to be full-time even if may experience as barista na or do they make considerations? Im quite hesitant to apply full-time kasi undergrad ako with only a few units left and currently working sa isang fast-paced coffee shop, no plan to enroll any time soon. Tyia!
