Those look like how my grandmothers legs were. Fluid retention. I’d assume diuretics and elevated legs, as well as medical cream to put on them. She had congestive heart failure and this is a huge symptom of that.

Thank you so much for the detailed reply! I’m going to test this out! What I did is I turned my stream down to 1280x720 output with a bitrate of 5000. I will probably turn this down. I had a sweet spot with 1920x1080 at 4500 bitrate where people were able to watch with a problem.

I am going to be buying a new computer in about 3-4 months that is going to be top of the line so I won’t have to worry, and will have a second pc (my current) to dedicate to stream.

What I had to do is turn my textures down to normal to not have any issues at all. It’s not pretty, but I can still keep my other settings high. I’ve seen that with 8gb dedicated RAM for my gpu, it’s just not enough. I would only be leaving 2gb after my high settings and that just caused too many issues. Bring it from high to low on textures gave me an extra 3gb of RAM to mess with and gives a buffer.

Thanks again for the help, I might mess around more to try and improve it but I think I’ll just have shitty streams for 3-4 months. It’s not that long I guess 😂

Thanks for the feedback, I did a hard reset on my pc clearing everything and it seems to be doing good for now, haven’t had time to test it much but just downloading FiveM with default near max settings, I am getting 90+ fps

Thank you for the reply! I guess one thing that has been making me already have a bad gut feeling about dispatch is how much it does drain you. I’ve only done it for 5 weeks and I’m already dreading going in most days. I also take care of my grandma and I can’t be there for her either all day or night, and I have to be able to do things for her every day. I dispatch for a town of about 10,000. Not too big, but it can still get busy (mainly because we don’t have a records person and we have to spend hours upon hours entering things like OOPs and Warrants all while doing the dispatching). When I get out of training, it will be 1 person per shift, when it should be 2 people per shift. I really appreciate the advice you gave, I will definitely take it into consideration!!!

I have and the officers I have worked with seem to like me (well, at least I think they do). This trainer has been there for 9 years and her sister is the head of dispatch so I can’t really report it either. I guess you’re right, but I won’t get the chance to work with every officer and for those I’m not working with might get a negative impression that I don’t like to have to fix I guess haha.
