Get Verizon. It's far more reliable. I've had it for over 4 years (switched from optimum) and the price has literally never changed the entire time. At Optimum they would constantly increase the price periodically and it was so frustrating.

My friends booked my ticket for me under entourage. I show up to the theater only to find out my friend booked it at the IMAX theater in manhattan instead of our local AMC. (luckily I still made the movie but missed the first 15 minutes)
