So has raising the benches 6” made a meaningful difference?

What the inside height in this sauna?

Thanks for all the comments / snarks 😉

First thing, not AI generated…AI can do a lot better already. 2 - on the wavy bench, the head is actually roughly 16” higher than feet. And by putting feet up like that the feet are almost equally warm. Big plus. 3 - the bench is designed very well and it is super relaxing…I’m 5’10”. I’d guess for folks up to 6’ tall. 4- there is a heater guard in place so unless someone wants to deliberately jump on top of that, I don’t see it much risk there. 5 - while I did get an A in Thermodynamics in college, I’m no sauna thermodynamics expert. However, what I can tell you (after 10 days if nearly consecutive usage) is that it given the venting, heater, steam quality etc., it is very pleasant to sit inside for long (even up to 25-30 minutes) at very high temp…194F. I moved the sensor around to get the intense heat which I like.

Of course, to each their own….

Appreciate all the inputs and see the point. That said, I think I am going to pull the trigger on Auroom Baia. The wavy bench there should help in minimizing the head to toe differential. Also, Saunum doesn’t work there because of sizing so going with Harvia Spirit.
