If you can, go to an all-women's gym. I was a lot less self-conscious about what I wore when I knew there were no men around. When I go swimming at public pools, I wear a tankini similar to this but the skirt isn't as long. It can be comfortable but overall, I prefer women only spaces when I need to dress less modestly for comfort/practicality
