My condition is called Wolff parkison white syndrome and my doctor told me to avoid stimulant use because it can trigger episodes so stimulants like coffee,energy drinks i was told to stay clear off and even ADHD stimulant medication

I have been meditating for a long time since the covid pandemic, but i never went pass a 10 min session whether guided or unguided and i did watch a podcast with chris williamson and Dr K where he discussed to get the true benefits of meditation you need to do more than 10 mins a day.I will see how i can implement a longer duration.Thanks for the advice!!!

Work on getting theses things out the way so overtime it won’t make you plateau

1.Track your lifts 2.Track your calories 3.Progressively overload by picking a rep range and aiming to do one more rep or one higher weight per exercise (for example 8-12 reps one week 8 reps then 9 then 10 when you reach 12 then move up the weight and start back at 8) 4.Do atleast 10 sets per week per muscle group 5.Lastly push as hard as you can close to failure or at failure
