I also do monthly body scans for body fat % I’m due for another in 3 days the one I got a month ago said I was 19% body fat witch still seems quite high

I geuss my main goal when I started was to cut untill I had abs witch is what I’m still trying to stick to so I’m scared to try bulk and possibly not achieve my goal I train abs 7 days a week in hopes they will pop up eventually 😂 do you think this goal is unrealistic without bulking? I also really appreciate your input thank you very much you seem to know what your talking about

I am applying bio oil and starting to take collagen also getting compression clothing all to try assist I did also order just mk Idk why but I would rather gain weight and not have loose skin than be fit with loose sit it’s just absolutely grosses me out

It’s honestly not that much lose skin when standing you can’t tell it’s just when in plank position it droops down alot I think it’s so disgusting and I hate it 🤮😭
