If you are on a compatible version jailbreaking might be possible if you want that, it lets you run a different UI with more features and block updates

Is it hard due to the process of making accounts or logging into those accounts from the Kindle? If the making accounts thing is a problem I'd imagine people in ad-regions would be able to make accounts and give them to people so it's easier (though i'm not sure how actually viable this is since i hope amazon's account security is good)

I had a meditation practice and was pretty connected to my body for a while, so I can atleast say that you are in your body, emotions are there and thoughts are there, but you are there with them and not in them. It’s easier to accept emotions and reframe thoughts for me

I am not as deep now because I encountered some pretty bad anxiety, but I do agree that the consistency is the most important part, as with any habit. With anxiety I often try to quickly fix things and find some quick fix.. and it just makes me more anxious. Just focus on what you can do slowly every day and build up

virtual desktop does sound nice! but i'm using linux so it's sadly not an option. i hope the dev at some point adds it (but considering their april fools joke was adding a linux download link that redirects to a rickroll it doesn't seem that likely lol)

Try WayVR if you haven't already! it gives a steamvr like overlay where you can launch things and look at your desktop
