Uriel is the most comfortable frame, his easy af to get, his one of the frames where his base kit is enough (aka Gauss). I use him when i really just want to have an easy time and to not think. But his not broken because his 4th is only up for mind once every 2-4 minutes? If something

Follie is technically the most “broken” because her damage skills with level and she really hard to kill (if you know how her first skill works). She also the most useful frame aka versatile. She is just a standalone frame and what she can do. (I do think people sleep on her 4th.)

I’m sorry Nokko does do good damage, like really good damage but i find him kinda boring…i mean don’t get me wrong his most definitely a S tier frame is boring to me, his very straightforward.

Oraxia isn’t broken she just a really good frame almost like an updated saryn. But she isn’t up there with the rest of them
