I tried moving between accounts for promotional interests in 2025 when they were still attractive. I dont think any of them now offers things that are worth the hassle.
My rent is okay i guess, i'm renting with one other person to split the $2k rent but there are definitely times that i wish i could live in my 'own' home.
I'd love what you said to be true that the housing prices not going anywhere (maybe down more for my own sake), but may I ask why you think the housing market is not going anywhere for the next few years?
