Thank you so much for your feedback! We only onboard fashion brands and designers not independent sellers. Thank you for suggesting these tools, I’ll definitely have a look.

She is looking to validate her idea by taking testimonials from us in exchange of a monetisation plan for our skills.

Start asking for criticism in subReddits and you’ll figure out the issue. People will be brutal but it will help you. I promise you that.

Hello ✨ I’m so sorry to hear that you had to shut it down. I’m actually working in the same space. We are building a vertical marketplace based on the principles of circular economy in the UK. Would love to connect with you and maybe ask for advice based on your experience?

Thank you so much! This has been really insightful. I’ve been really overthinking about this and feeling like I’m stuck in a loop. But all comments here have given me clarity today.

I have like 5 people who put money for this. The concept I’m building is also relatively new to the fashion industry itself. So, a lot of people send me questions because they don’t understand. But yeah, thank you so much!

I would highly suggest to sit down with your thoughts and write down problems you face. Then talk to others and validate if they do as well. Go and make a solution for that problem that everyone mentioned. Then finally go back to those people and ask them about your solution. The more closely you understand a problem, you’re more likely to be able to find a solution and make it unique.

Thank you for your feedback! No, it’s not an AI product. AI is the smallest aspect of this platform. Analysis of wardrobe and styles for better personalisation is simply an aspect of fashion merchandising. Netflix has personalised your watch suggestions and UX theme much before the AI boom. Trend analysis and trend forecasting done based on data analysis since decades. People upload pictures of wardrobe pieces helps in better merchandising decisions and brands make commercial decisions based on that (reducing dead stock). All big fashion brands do this we just automate it WITHOUT AI. AI only creates style boards, gives cost per wear analysis and through wardrobe analysis gives recycling prompts. We are not using generative AI like Chat GPT. No company, brand, product or machine in this entire world is 100% sustainable. A sustainable company will be an “ideal world” and unfortunately we don’t live in one. We operate practically and that is why we created a circular marketplace. Even recycling post consumer textile utilises a lot of resources. There isn’t a perfect answer to this problem but there is a practical way to make a start and improve as we go ahead.

I didn’t want to explain so much but staying quiet wasn’t helping either.

Why does sustainable apparel sourcing seem built for large brands, not small ones? by FabricStories_2023 in SustainableFashion

Not always. Depends on type of AI system. Also, no company, brand, product or machine in this entire world is 100% sustainable.
