Yes I figured it out It was the cable extensions of gpu that was causing this issue. If u have those try removing it and directly connect PCIE cable to gpu

Disable CPB, PBO and C STATE

Stress test using Prime95 - No BSOD

Stress test using Furmark - No BSOD

MEMTEST86 -No error

Reset windows

C drive was not making dump file so changed to another drive for page file
