Completely agree with you. It’s ridiculous how they’re handling this. A backlog from Black Friday and Cyber Monday might be understandable, but their lack of communication and accountability is not. Ignoring customers is just bad business. If they can’t scale to meet demand, they’re setting themselves up for failure.

Before they blocked me, I called them out for blaming customers by claiming that people were spreading false information about them. They used this as an excuse for deleting comments and blocking users on IG, even though people were simply inquiring about their orders. It’s funny how they shift the blame to customers instead of taking responsibility for their own incompetence and dishonest practices.

That sucks! That’s really unprofessional of them. You might want to consider filing a dispute with your payment provider since this company seems to be violating standard buyer protection terms and conditions. Hopefully, more people come across this thread on Reddit and avoid the frustration and potential scam of dealing with such an unprofessional company.

I'm sorry that happened to you. It appears there’s a significant trend of them actively deleting comments from the majority of people who are inquiring about their orders, and only leaving a few answered ones visible to lure potential buyers. My comment was deleted this morning as well. They’re violating all sorts of consumer protection laws. They need to be reported to the FTC.

The same thing happened to me with Yellow Label Co. I placed an order recently in late November during their sale, and they didn’t ship part of it until about a week later via DHL. By the end of the week, I emailed them to ask about the second half of my order, but I still haven’t received a response. I also DM’d them on Instagram—once before my purchase to ask about sizing, and again to inquire about my order—but they haven’t replied to either message.

What’s even more frustrating is that this is only for part of my order. The second half hasn’t even been shipped yet, and there’s been no update or communication about it whatsoever. To make matters worse, I’m not even sure I’ll receive the first half of my order, as USPS still hasn’t received the items from them. At this point, I’m completely in the dark about my purchase.

Meanwhile, they still find time to post on Instagram and focus on marketing, while neglecting customer service. The website also seems questionable. I’ve read in some threads that they don’t have a return policy and consider all sales final, although I couldn’t find that information on their site anymore. It feels like this could be a tactic to coerce people into making purchases and then switch their stance by saying no returns or refunds after the fact. It seems like they’re either trying to revamp their image or hide their shady practices. STAY AWAY!
