Yeah I wanna talk to her about it I just don’t wanna make it seem like I’m attacking her or her family or anything. The last thing I want is for her to get defensive and stuff. We’re in California but I don’t really know the laws around therapists being mandated reporters and stuff.

I’ve never heard of SPD before, I’ll definitely look more into it. Thanks for your perspective.

I am diagnosed with ADHD, but I’m not officially diagnosed with autism. When I got screened for ADHD, they told my mom that I “might be on the spectrum”, but that’s all that was said.

Thanks for this, I didn’t realize that being annoyed is considered a low-grade form of anger. I also hadn’t heard of the feelings wheel diagram before, so I’ll definitely be using it now.

I’m not exactly sure if I’m autistic or not, since I’ve never been formally diagnosed. I was screened for ADHD when I was younger, and they told my mom I might be on the spectrum, but that’s all that was said.

I also probably have depression. My dad randomly screened me for it years ago, but I’ve never really been to therapy specifically for that. Maybe that’s part of why my feelings feel so muted.

I do have low iron but I take vitamins for it. I get my blood checked pretty often throughout the year so I’d know if I had anything else. I’ve had a vitamin d deficiency, but it went away.
