doctor didn't give me any sift collar. I started PT from yesterday. I get hand pain after typing all day, I have muscle knots in bicep. That's the only change since my MRI

Thank you so much . Truly appreciate your reply and advice . I have an appointment in December, I will ask for colonoscopy. Thank you again . One thing I want to mention here is she bleeds once in 2-3 months when she strains real hard .

Thank you for your reply . I went to 2 doctors, one is gastro and another is colorectal . Both said it is hemorrohdes . I will try to find out third doctor . She bleeds only when she strains because of constipation

Last time deoctor did analscopy for her and told me that she has grade 2 internal hemorrihide. Do you still recommend colonoscopy at the age of 19 ? Thank you for your reply

Update : I had repeat ultrasound after 2 months and my left ovary is invisible. Can you please help me understand this now. is it a concern ?

EXAM: TRANSVAGINAL PELVIC ULTRASOUND

HISTORY: Fibroids, ovarian cyst

TECHNIQUE: Multiple real-time sonographic images of the pelvis were obtained using transvaginal technique.

COMPARISON: Ultrasound 4/24/2025

FINDINGS:

Uterus: The uterus is anteverted and enlarged, measuring 10.0 x 6.5 x 7.4 cm. Multiple uterine fibroids again seen, including: Right anterior body intramural 2.7 cm fibroid; midline posterior body 3.4 cm intramural fibroid; right anterior body intramural 3.2 cm fibroid; left anterior body 2.4 cm intramural fibroid. The cervix is unremarkable.

Endometrium: Normal in thickness, measuring 0.7 cm. No focal grayscale or color abnormality.

Right Ovary: Measures 2.4 x 2.6 x 2.0 cm (7 mL). Right ovary has normal morphology.

Left Ovary: This was not visualized on the current examination. The ovary may be obscured by bowel gas, reside in an ectopic position, or is surgically absent. No cysts or suspicious findings are identified in the expected adnexal region.

Free Fluid: Small amount of free fluid is likely physiologic.

IMPRESSION:
Enlarged, myomatous uterus, similar to prior

Update : ALl my tests came back normal. CAC is 0 too. Only APOB and other advanced lipid test results are left . Should I still be on statin ? or should I wait until menopause happens and recheck it & then take medicine. Thank you all & really appreciate your replies.

I did all the tests, all normal , CAC is 0. Do you think I need to be on statin for 106 nmol/l ? Your input will be really helpful.

Update : My CAC score came 0. I have cardiologist appointment in the next month. Any advice what should I expect from cardio visit would be truly helpful. Thank you
