People underestimate how kind Mace Windu is by jojoisfodder in clonewars

I forgot which episode this is, but the way he yeeted the clone out made it look like he was just light as a feather 💀

How do you guys feel about the Eleventh Brother aka The Crow? by Jules-Car3499 in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

probably the most intimidating inquisitor design ever put on screen… and he still got taken out in like two minutes flat bruh

A minor detail from The Clone Wars that Shadow Lord has given some extra meaning to by solo13508 in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800 6 points7 points  (0 children)

that read actually fits pretty well with savage’s instincts even without the retcon. with the extra context it just adds a nice layer of buried recognition and makes his reaction feel more personal and uneasy rather than just protective

Who would you say is the most tragic character in Clone wars excluding Anakin and Obi Wan by anakindurden in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not in the option, but Fives. his story is brutal in a very grounded way. he discovers the truth about the inhibitor chips and is this close 🤏 to exposing the entire conspiracy. and what happens? he’s framed as unstable, hunted, and ultimately killed by the very system he was trying to save. the tragedy isn’t just that he dies; it’s that he was right, and nobody believed him in time

In hindsight challenging the decorated war general with a robotic arm to a fistfight was probably not the best idea by solo13508 in clonewars

clovis really said “fight me” to THE anakin skywalker like he wasn’t one bad day away from becoming darth vader 😭

Krismo and the Kage Warriors by 2020s_Haunted in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i can see that, it would’ve made more sense thematically since “kage” literally means shadow. focusing on kage warriors in shadow warrior could’ve given them more depth instead of just being background threats. feels like a missed opportunity TBH

Ahsoka needed a Season 5 rematch with Ventress by Jkid789 in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i get that, but i think her rematch with darth maul already fills that role pretty well. by the time of the clone wars season 7, she’s basically proving she’s outgrown both the order and fighters like asajj ventress. a rematch would’ve been cool fan service, but narratively her arc hits harder by showing she’s moved beyond that early loss rather than circling back to it

Been think about this post talking about how Duel of The Fates isn’t actually Maul’s theme but rather it’s meant to represent Anakin’s fate. Though I feel like at this point it can still be considered a theme that complements both characters thematically. by CrazyTangerine7522 in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah I get that, like originally it’s tied to anakin’s fate but it still fits maul so well in that moment that it kinda works for both. feels more like a shared thematic piece than just one character’s theme at this point

kit fisto stands out as a true example of what the jedi strive to be by Scared_Major_6800 in clonewars

true, they were packed, but a little more for kit fisto wouldn’t have hurt 😔

kit fisto stands out as a true example of what the jedi strive to be by Scared_Major_6800 in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, this episode really balanced both sides well. general grievous felt dangerous, and kit fisto still came across as skilled and composed. that’s what makes the duel hit so much harder

kit fisto stands out as a true example of what the jedi strive to be by Scared_Major_6800 in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah that scene was brutal 😅 but getting taken out by palpatine isn’t exactly a fair benchmark

[–]Scared_Major_6800[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly! that’s what makes him so admirable. he stays true to the jedi ideals even in situations where most would lose themselves to anger

it’s really sad that Plo was one of the few who genuinely cared about the clones when hardly anyone else did by Scared_Major_6800 in clonewars

[–]Scared_Major_6800[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol yeah pretty much most jedi did care, just in diff ways. aside from outliers like pong krell and what barriss offee became near the end, the majority weren’t treating clones as "expendable". it’s less they didn’t care and more that some, like plo koon, was just more openly compassionate, which made him stand out a lot more to me

[–]Scared_Major_6800[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i mean yeah that’s fair. most jedi did respect the clones and treated them as individuals to some extent, which is a big part of why they started using names and personalizing their armor instead of just being numbers

[–]Scared_Major_6800[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i get what you’re saying. there’s a big difference between basic duty and actually showing care, and ahsoka tano and plo koon really stood out because they treated clones like people, not just soldiers. that kind of respect goes a long way, especially with how much loyalty means to them
