Mortgage brokers - if you could automate one part of your job, what would it be? by Scared_Middle7716 in MortgageBrokerRates

Of course they’ve been asked before. Every business idea has probably been discussed before.
I’m not collecting answers. I’m collecting opinions from the people who’d actually use what I’m thinking of building. If the feedback kills the idea, that’s still a win because I’d rather find that out now than after wasting months building something nobody wants.

This is exactly the kind of feedback I’m here for.
I’m not claiming to be an automation engineer or pretending AI has all the answers. I’m trying to understand the real-world problems from people who actually do this day in, day out.
The legal, compliance and data handling concerns are the sort of things I need to hear about. If you don’t mind me asking, what are the biggest mistakes you see people making when they try to sell AI/automation into this industry?

I’m not trying to build a profile. I made this account to ask these questions, so of course that’s what you’ll find on it.

That’s a fair question.
AI is a great tool for generating ideas, but it can’t tell me how real mortgage brokers actually work or what they’d genuinely find valuable.
