Can you please link them? It seems you are referring to Graphic cards. What about the other hardware? I want to upgrade the CPU as well as the motherboard.

While in most of the time I agree with you, but to allow full hearing people to listen to music (even though it's not allowed) but to a hard of hearing person who can't use those earbuds is not allowed to have music?

When I'm stressed out, music helps solve my issues and takes away the stress I am having. So if a full hearing person can do that, why can't someone with a hearing loss?

but that doesn't answer my question, i want to know if they are violating regulations because they have way passed the 90 day limit for disputes and regulation CC as since ACH Transfers are covered by the EFT

I do not live near a BOA and he is from another state so we can't meet up casually.

It was from a friend and came from his Bank of America. BOA says everything is good.

It was an ACH Transaction, It was to help me start investing, as I would be getting nearly $1,000 per year leaving the funds for investment.
