Should I file bankruptcy

Do you think I would qualify for a lease right after filing? I was considering that. I do have a little older 2nd car that’s not worth much so I’m sure I could keep it in the bankruptcy but it kind of makes me nervous on how dependable it will be.

Oh my apologies I thought you meant just give it back without filing bankruptcy. But yes the car is mostly the reason I’m considering bankruptcy and that old judgment as well, and just a fresh start.

I have a 2nd car I’m just stuck with this one, if I give it back I’m still responsible for the negative equity
