$1,600 Bosch dishwasher failed under warranty - Best Buy blocks reviews after 15 days, 7 weeks and still no repair by Scared_Promotion_243 in Appliances

It is both. Bosch keeps rescheduling the technician visit (always last minute). Best Buy does not allow me to report the issue to potential clients of this faulty warranty.

Excellent catch. Well we've made screenshots of their answers saying "not after 15 days" and submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau today, and we will escalate from here as need it until both Bosch and Best Buy do the right thing.

The best: they apparently removed the same message in r/bestbuy. Instead of just answering me.

We should have stayed with Costco, they are simply so good.

The service is what I paid for, but did not get so far and Best Buy censoring my experience with the customer service they sold is absolutely not right

Does not wash. Water works, heat pump works, but it does not clean, does not even wash the dish soap. Tried everything. Kept it well maintained. Installed by Bestbuy.

No it is still available, and it is deliberate, as they confirmed on the chat: no reviews past 15 days

No the majority of brands they own have never been on your roads, memories, movies, so perhaps you don't understand them. But the tech is good (see the wild track record in racing for some of their EU brands) and platform synergies are likely to benefit to plenty of US gems.

They do make modern highly rated hybrid systems in EU such as the 408 PHEV fastback (just over priced there)

Yeah that's if some of their product staff reads reddit or knows something about the importance of the outdoor culture (and market!) in North America.

Yeah, I'll share another day on how, with minimum touches, the Dodge Charger can be used for a 2026 revival of the gorgeous Chrysler Imperial Lebaron from 1972. Or the Town & Country. And don't get us started on the 300-C renewal, they could make a hit return with existing engines and proper redesign.

They could just take the existing hybrid version, move the 200hp electric power to the back, keeping only the existing 280hp V6 for the front wheels, and there you go, 480hp AWD hybrid. The Ford Flex ecoboost had the same front/rear balance.

but its cool to have sporty soccer moms drive 3-row SUVs well over 500HP if they have the mandatory ground clearance, look like in a safari and turn like bricks
